Fill your chosen glass with ice to chill and dilute the drink just the right amount. Pour 1.5 to 2 ounces of your preferred vodka over the ice using your jigger or measuring tool. Add 4 to 5 ounces of tonic water to the glass. Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine the ingredients.

Step 1. In the bottom of a sturdy rocks glass, add the preserved lemon, lemon wheels and sugar. Muddle until the sugar dissolves and the lemon wheels release their juices. Add the ice to the glass and top with tonic water. Step 2.
3) Slice the peel in one spot so that it is just a straight line. 4) Remove any leftover pulp from the peel. 5) Wrap the peel on a cocktail pick in a spiral for around 30 seconds. 6) Remove from the pick and stick on the glass rim. Measure out 2 oz of vodka by using the jigger. Then, add the vodka to the glass.
Instructions. In an 8-10 ounce glass, add ice. Pour in fresh orange juice and then add vodka. Add tonic water to taste – depending on your preferred liquor to mixer ratio. Stir gently and enjoy.
